She started her career in R&D at Nokia and later shifted her focus to building software for founders and optimizing operational processes for business owners. As co-founder of Gumdrop Lab, she has shipped over 40 production platforms, collaborated on 20 more, and gained international experience in the US, UK, and EU. Her expertise lies in translating complex business processes into scalable systems for organizations.

Mr. Ian Panoncillo

Head of Technology & Modernisation, GSI

Ian Panoncillo brings more than 15 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and technology leadership. Starting his career in BPO as a customer service agent, he transitioned to IT in 2010. Now, as Head of Technology and Modernisation at GSI, he oversees cloud services, cybersecurity, IT governance, and modernization. Ian has been pivotal in establishing GSI’s Microsoft 365 environment, implementing ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks, and developing BE.bot, an internal AI knowledge assistant. His approach is focused on simplicity, security, scalability, and the responsible use of AI.
